F.A.Q Q: How do I register an account? A: It’s easy; select your items which you require and click buy/add to basket. Click on View basket- Checkout. You then have to enter you personal details and a password. This can be used later to check past buying history or dispatch status. For future purchases you will be able to simply log on and pay for your goods in 3 simple stages making checkout much quicker.
Q. What do you do with my personal details? A: At cheapxide we endeavour to keep your personal details completely private and secure. We do not work with any other third party or give out your details to any other companies. We do however file your e-mail for future e-mail campaigns and promotions etc. Q. How long will my order take to be arrive? A: UK delivery is free and should be next day or 2-5 working days. Longer delivery times are applicable and stated for custom made items. Int'l orders vary please contact us.
Q. Is it secure to order online? Will people see my card details? A: It is 100% safe to shop cheapxide.co.uk. Once you've picked your products and entered your details you are passed on to a secure server page to enter payment details. These details are immediately encrypted and processed. We do not manually process card details through a terminal and we do not store your card details in any form or on a server.
Q. Are all you items in stock? A: yes our stock are held and managed by us which we constantly update. If an item is out of stock you will not be able to purchase it.
